In addition to being one of Santa Barbara’s leading real
estate experts, JJ is also very involved in his local community.
Having two children of his own he is passionate about
supporting the youth of Santa Barbara.
JJ currently serves on Committees for The Santa Barbara
Zoo, as well as the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors.
His professional affiliations include the Santa Barbara Young
Professionals, Santa Barbara Association of Realtors, The
California Association of Realtors and The National
Association of Realtors.
Some of JJ’s Local causes and Charities include, Santa Ynez
Valley Pony League Baseball, Santa Barbara Red Cross,
Hugs For Cubs, Santa Barbara Zoo, Arts Ed at The Granada and The Dos Pueblos Charger Theater.
JJ also produced two amazing events benefiting the Santa Barbara youth theater arts.

“Santa Barbara Teen Idol”
Santa Barbara Teen Idol is a competition to discover the best solo singing talent in Santa Barbara County. Santa
Barbara Teen Idol seeks to support and benefit performing and theater arts for the youth in Santa Barbara County. The
competition aims to discover the best teen singer in the county of Santa Barbara through a series of auditions.
Contestants must be enrolled in school within Santa Barbara County. The eligible age-range for contestants is currently
7th grade through 12th grade.
